LOUIS PEREZ

With 18 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness coach, Louis Perez has dedicated his career to making elite-level fitness accessible to everyone. Specializing in functional training and strength and conditioning, Louis holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

His versatile coaching background ranges from guiding office professionals toward healthier lifestyles to preparing an entire platoon of police officers for the physical demands of duty. Louis believes that training should be as fun as it is effective, and his mission is to help others live long, happy, and vibrant lives. When he isn't in the gym, Louis is likely conquering a new video game, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or finding flow through art, dancing, and complex puzzles.

PERSONAL TRAINING

    • 8-Session Package — $1,200($150 per session)

    • Frequency: one - two (1–2) sessions per week

    • 12-Session Pack of Training Sessions — $1,680 total (works out to $140 per session)

    • Frequency: three (3) times per week

    • 16-Session Pack — $2,160 ($135 per session).

    • Frequency: four (4) times plus per week.

COACHING

    • Workout program tailored for each individuals goals.

    • $300 per month.

    • Customized training program

    • Personalized nutrition coaching

    • Weekly progress check-ins.

    • $500 per month.

    • Customized training program

    • Daily accountability check in’s to keep you on track and moving toward your goals

    • Monthly one-on-one virtual calls. (1 hour long session)

    • $700 per month

  • On top of effective programming, Louis also keeps the workouts fresh and exciting. There is even some cardio I might say I enjoy. 10/10 highly recommend
