With 18 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness coach, Louis Perez has dedicated his career to making elite-level fitness accessible to everyone. Specializing in functional training and strength and conditioning, Louis holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), International Sports Science Association (ISSA), and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
His versatile coaching background ranges from guiding office professionals toward healthier lifestyles to preparing an entire platoon of police officers for the physical demands of duty. Louis believes that training should be as fun as it is effective, and his mission is to help others live long, happy, and vibrant lives. When he isn't in the gym, Louis is likely conquering a new video game, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or finding flow through art, dancing, and complex puzzles.
